When entering into this giveaway by mail, email, or donating, you are agreeing to these official rules. The contest ends on July 31, 2010 at 11:59pm and all entries must be received by that time for entry into the drawing. Officers, directors and employees of We Promise Foundation, their immediate family members and household are ineligible. Four single day tickets to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA will be awarded with an expiration date of 9/19/2010. This giveaway is not affiliated with Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA. A random drawing will be held to select the winners on August 2, 2010. Odds of winning depend on number of total entries. Subject to all federal, state, local, and provincial laws or regulations. Any applicable state and/or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by email or phone call on August 2, 2010. At the sole discretion of We Promise Foundation, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of alternate winners may result from any of the following: [1] potential winners’ failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its mailing/transmission; [2] the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notice or a prize as undeliverable; [4] potential winners’ failure to claim a prize within ten (10) days after it is sent; [5] potential winners’ failure to validly claim any prize before August 10, 2010 [6] any other non-compliance with Rules.
